Design - Build with Design Specialists, 11,531 sf two story office building. The exterior features custom glass, stucco and stone. The interior features a large indoor planter in lobby at the reception area, several offices to accommodate a staff of up to 20 including break room, conference room, storage room, shop, IT room, copy room, and the design department. This facility is a pre-engineered steel building and included all site work and landscaping. The project schedule was seven months, completed on time.
