Interior renovation (2,553 SF) for Prime IV's new location in Grand Junction Colorado.  Work includes interior demo to accommodate new floor plan, including welcoming lobby and private offices for one on one with Prime IV team to tailor to each persons needs.  The space is finished with new flooring, ceilings, and custom details with stacked stone and wall paper.  Interior lighting is customizable with dimmers creating a relaxing space.  New work room with casework/countertops, and interior glazing.  Existing restroom upgraded to meet ADA clearances.
