Erect owner furnish pre-engineered metal building and trim on existing concrete slab on grade. 

Work included labor and equipment to install: 
-50'0 x 100'0 pre-engineered metal building with 16'0" eave height, gable roof with 1:12 roof pitch. 
-Install standard pbr roof and wall panels and standard trim. 
-10 each skylights. 
-Gutters and downspouts. 
-Frame five (5) each overhead door openings and two (2) each man door openings. 
-Install owner furnished R-11 insulation in walls and R-19 insulation in roof.
