Project Scope:           Remodel of existing recreation center locker rooms within the Maverick Center. Work includes interior demolition to accommodate the new layout and finishes. Saw-cut removal of existing concrete slab, form/place/finish new. Vapor Barrier, Light Guage Framing/Drywall, Schluter Kerdi-Board, Dekton Wall Slab, Daltile Porcelain Tile, Sealants, Paint, Toilet Accessories, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Alarm.

Bid Form:      Be sure to include a cost breakdown of your Proposal.

Taxes:             Project is tax exempt. Please do not include material sales tax in your proposal.

Project Schedule:
            Pre-Submittal Question Deadline:      September 11, 2024, no later than 9:00 am
            Deadline for Proposal Submittal:       September 23, 2024, no later than 8:30am
            Anticipated Construction Dates:         December 9 – January 2, 2024
