Project Scope: Remodel of existing Medical Room to accommodate new floor plan and upgrade of existing finishes and casework. Work includes: Demo, concrete, casework and countertops, solid surface countertops, wood veneer wall panels, roof penetrations, framing, doors/hardware, glazing/pass-thru, drywall, ACT, flooring, paint, fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical.
Taxes: Project is tax exempt. Please do not include material sales tax in your proposal.
Project Schedule:
Pre-Submittal Question Deadline: October 23, 2024, no later than 12:00 pm
Deadline for Proposal Submittal: October 30, 2024, no later than 12:00 pm
Anticipated Construction Start: November 2024
