Project Scope:           Remodel of existing space into a courtroom, located on the 2nd floor of Mesa County Justice Center.  All work will need to be completed at night and/or weekends and holidays.  Background checks will be required for all crew members working onsite.  Scope includes, demo, civil, asphalt/parking lot, exterior concrete, cast underlayments, masonry, steel railings, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, wood paneling (Alternate 3), cast polymer fabrications, applied fire protection, firestopping, sealants, HM and wood doors/hardware, overhead coiling fire curtains, glazing, drywall, tile, ACT, resilient flooring, tile carpeting, access flooring, stone facing (Alternate 3), wall paneling, sound-absorbing wall and ceiling units, painting, staining, signage, folding panel partitions (Alternate 2), wall/door protection, ballistics resistant panels, toilet accessories, fire projection, window treatments, casework, countertops, wheelchair lift, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, structured cabling, sound masking, rescue signal systems, clock systems, low voltage, security, sitework, concrete, and asphalt.
 
Bid Form:      Be sure to include a cost breakdown of your Proposal.

Taxes:             Project is tax exempt.  Please do not include material sales tax in your proposal.
 
Project Schedule:
            Pre-Submittal Question Deadline:      Sept 18, 2024, no later than 12:00 pm
            Deadline for Proposal Submittal:       October 7, 2024, no later than 9:00am
            Anticipated Construction Start:          November 2024 - Approx 9 Months for Const
